JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Reporting to the Associate Dean for Research/Creative Activity and Graduate Studies, the Art Manager serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies for the Woskob Gallery.  As such, this position will coordinate communication and contracting of all guest artists, including drafting, editing, and processing contracts and related paperwork within critical deadlines.  This position will also facilitate the creation and maintenance of the Gallery’s event scheduling process/system, including all aspects of the related project planning process.  Position is responsible for managing all guest artist housing, travel, local transportation, and catering as required by agreement, and identifying and resolving problems.  Facility maintenance coordination is also expected of this position. This is a one-year limited-term, full-time exempt position with the possibility of renewal.

Typical Requirements:

This position typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Arts discipline and 4 years of related experience.
