Intro Our client is a rapidly growing operator of franchise restaurants in Central and Eastern Europe, planning to further expand its business over the next ten years with the goal of establishing a total of 100 restaurants in the region by 2030. To support this expansion, a dedicated and service-oriented individual is being sought as Area Manager (f/m/d) to strengthen the operations team in Austria. Sector: Franchise Restaurants Location: Western Austria | Eastern Austria Tasks Serve as the primary contact for all operational matters and act like the owner in an assigned region Support restaurant managers in executing marketing activities and maintaining high operational standards Ensure the optimal appearance and condition of the restaurants Build customer loyalty and ensure satisfaction in stores Coordinate closely with the management team and plan and execute site reviews Oversee the financials, personnel, and operational performance of the brand within the region Provide direction and execute processes to ensure excellent operations Translate business strategy into day-to-day execution, offering coaching and feedback to managers Lead, motivate, and inspire teams to meet district and brand goals Identify new sites for market penetration and oversee new store openings Requirements Completed education in business, tourism, and/or gastronomy Several years of experience with a proven track record in retail, field sales, sales, or quality and process management in the hospitality industry Experience in managing multiple locations Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial thinking Passion for the restaurant industry with strong customer and service orientation Proficiency in German and English Willingness to travel within the region; a Class B driver’s license is required Experience can also come from the retail sector Benefits Flexible working hours tailored to your needs and goals Opportunities for professional development in a culture that values individuality and authenticity Company car for private use Remuneration: Starting from €70,000 gross per annum.
