teaching and learning at the elementary level.

Involved in a professional network in Physical Education

Experience facilitating Intermediate/Superior Physical Education and Health AQ.

Membership or leadership position in education professional organization.

Has been responsible for developing and implementing Physical Education and Health program in an Ontario classroom during the last 5 years.

Capability of applying the Ethical Standards and the Standards of Practice of the Teaching Profession in Ontario.

Course Schedule:

  • – – The course will be taught according to a schedule determined by the professor. The course will be between 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Application of theory and practice in physical and health education in the intermediate and senior divisions; study of current Ontario curriculum, board policies and guidelines; strategies for designing inclusive and equitable learning environments that reflect individual student needs; accessing and evaluating resources; reflecting on research to build student commitment to healthy living.
