PDP3821 Éducation Physique et Santé Primaire Moyen Spécialiste

Étude des compétences de leadership en éducation physique et santé aux cycles primaire et moyen dans le but de diriger le changement lié à la mise en œuvre du curriculum et des politiques. Analyser la législation et les politiques pertinentes et mesurer les répercussions à l’échelle de l’école et du système. Étude d’environnement d’apprentissage sécuritaires, inclusifs et équitables. Élaboration d’ateliers de formation par l’entremise d’objectifs d’apprentissage développés par les candidats afin de transmettre leurs connaissances aux enseignants. Développer des stratégies de leadeurship pour faire avancer les recherches, les théories et les cadres de travail liés à la matière
