The Application Support Representative position is a work-from-home, part-time, temporary position that is non-benefits eligible. Specialists must participate in online training. Candidate must be able to work up to 19 hours a week and have access to computer and internet. Actual hours will be dependent on the amount of work available. The position is set to end on 5/15/23.
Purpose
Assist with responding to inquiries regarding freshman and transfer admission.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
HS/GED and three years’ experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Customer service experience; strong organization and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines are met; ability to exercise judgement and discretion, particularly in matters related to sensitive or confidential information, including, but not limited to: student records, personnel, training materials, etc.; proficient and comfortable with working independently on computers and with a variety of applications.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Undergraduate Admissions policies and procedures; prior work with students through the college application process.
