The Role:


Oxfam GB is looking for an ERP Applications Specialist to focus on our development, delivery, and support of the ERP platform and its ecosystem for Oxfam GB.  You will provide business critical expertise for the maintenance and enhancement of the ERP platform, and engage with the business to develop changes, resolve issues, and solve functional or technical problems, which may often be complex, within your own area of expertise.

An ideal candidate for the role will also have:

  • Proven knowledge and experience working with PeopleSoft (or another Financial or HR system)
  • Substantial and proven experience of delivering application services and solutions covering at least one of the following PeopleSoft (or other Financial or HR system) modules (with good working knowledge of at least one other):
    • Financial modules (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Programme Management)
    • Supply Chain modules (eProcurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management)
    • HR areas (Personal / Job data, Absence Management, Employee/Manager Self Service, Company Directory)
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
