ANNOUNCEMENT FOR A RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIP

INOV – Instituto de Engenharia de Sistemas e Computadores Inovação (INOV) opens invitation to tender for the allocation of 1 (one) research scholarship/PhD (Ref: EDITAL_10_BI-D_2022_V2) for the project “Fish2Fork” approved under the EEA Grants Program in the blue growth call 5 in education (https://www.eeagrants.gov.pt/en/programmes/blue-growth/calls/call-5-educ… )

The tender is open under the following conditions:

Scientific Area: Supply Chain, Blockchain

Admission requirements:

The candidate shall have a MSc degree in the scope of the Scientific Area of the project and be enrolled in a Doutoral Program in a Portuguese University or enrolled in a higher-level course, whether it leads to a degree or not.

Work plan:

The student will study wild fish catches in Norway and work on the Supply Chain (SC) process (the strong topic at the Molde university, Norway). This will contribute to sustainable fisheries through the use of Blockchain and will look for this problem from a management perspective.
