Ihre Aufgaben

AsAgile Program Manager, you’ll orchestrate the collaboration of product management and engineering for acustomer-facing solutionor the coreplatformof our product.
You will foster thecreation, prioritization, and predictable realization of the solution roadmapwith particular attention tocollaborationanddependencies.
You aim to be part of thesolution leadership teamand ensure you always have up-to-date data toreport to higher managementandfacilitate decision-making.
In close collaboration with your team, you willroll out and scaleagile methods and principles in parts of the organization and continuouslyoptimizethem.
You will act as driver forcross functional topicsasProject Manager.
In your daily tasks you willfacilitatesolution specificmeetings and workshops.

Ihr Profil

Several years of professional experienceas anagile project/program managerorenterpriseagile coachworking with distributed teams (international experience is a plus).
Excellentproject management, execution, and planning skills.
Strong communication skills, experience running workshops using various techniques depending on the problem at hand and fun working with people.
As plus, track record inchange management.
As plus, experiences withscaled agile practicesin large organizations.
As plus, experience withcontinuous delivery pipelinesandcloud deployments.
As plus,experience as a software engineer, so you can better understand our topics.
As plus, experience withCloud application / Product securityto better understand the domain you would work in
Moderate willingness to travel.
Excellent English skills.
