Do you enjoy learning something new every day, accepting challenges and taking responsibility?Your new adventureIn this role, you will be responsible for driving innovation initiatives that align with business goals, foster creativity and support the growth of the organization. The focus of this position is to drive cross-functional collaboration in the development of ideas (beyond the current products, services and business models).

• Development and implementation of innovation strategies to support company growth
• Active participation in the planning, management and control of the innovation process
• Organizational and content-related design of innovation workshops and similar events or activities from preparation to moderation to post event work
• Leading ideation sessions and managing the innovation portfolio
• Multiplying methodological knowledge and digital know-how with BRP-Rotax core competencies
• Designing and developing an inspiring working environment and promoting a culture of innovation and adaptability within the organization
• Conducting market research, analysis and decision documents and proactively communicating these within the organization and with management
• Responsibility for the administration and further development of the existing idea management platform at the location
• Leading innovation projects while managing cross functional teams to ensure project success

Your skills and experiences

• Successfully completed studies (university or university of applied sciences) in innovation management, product management, engineering or similar
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a similar position in a technology-driven or manufacturing international company
• Experience in innovation strategies, preparation & moderation of workshops, collaboration with international, cross-functional teams and project management
• Knowledge of methods such as business model innovation, trend analysis, idea management, etc
• Additional training in innovation, lean management, design thinking, TRIZ, agile methods like SCRUM is a plus
• Communicative and independent personality, with an eye for the big picture, excellent negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Excellent knowledge of German and very good English

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 59,766.98 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
