Remuneration: $84,740 – $91,467 pa HEW Level 06 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity

UMAC is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Advertising Coordinator to join the team on a fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advertising function of a leading global university.

Responsible for coordinating a large number of complex multi-channel campaigns, the  Advertising Coordinator will work closely with other members of the UMAC team as well as broader internal and external stakeholders to deliver demand generation activities that align and grow the University brand.

Key duties of this role include:

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end, multi-channel advertising campaigns
  • Liaising with key stakeholders including Monash staff and external agencies (creative and media) to support and facilitate efficient delivery of creative and content that reflects the University brand guidelines
  • Analysing, reporting on and providing recommendations on campaigns and advertising, sourcing metrics and analytics from various sources 

The successful candidate will display prior experience in a similar advertising, marketing or media agency role. You will have a passion for delivering high-quality, aligned advertising campaigns that lead to positive outcomes in an education environment, with a high level of written communication skills. Your strong people skills will enable you to build relationships and liaise with various stakeholders at all levels to drive success.

This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
