Advancement Operations Coordinator

The University of Tennessee Foundation is seeking an Advancement Operations Coordinator in Knoxville, Tennessee to join our team. The Advancement Operations Coordinator will primarily coordinate the logistics of all Advancement related new talent searches. This includes working with internal staff to organize and manage searches, but also working with candidates to schedule interviews. This position will occasionally serve as search chair or on search committees as needed.
Additionally, this position will manage our Advancement internship program. This includes everything from selecting interns, facilitating monthly cohort meetings, collecting feedback from both interns and managers throughout the year, and coordinating with UTFI human resources on certain elements of running the program.
This position will also assist with two key employee retention initiatives. They will conduct regular check-ins with new staff members during the first year on the job to provide support and a resource. Additionally, they will develop a process to show staff appreciation throughout the year.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience: High School/GED diploma with 5 years, Associates degree with 3 years or Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of office experience. Any experience with human resources specifically facilitating job searches for employers, internship coordination, or employee retention initiatives is preferred.
