Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Marketing, the Recruitment Specialist plays a pivotal role in Adler University’s growth and success by participating in a variety of activities and events to attract prospective students to the University. These events include, but are not limited to, conferences, grad school fairs, and classroom visits at feeder institutions. They initiate discussions with prospective students, evaluate their qualifications, and facilitate tours and other meetings as needed.
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with external organizations (community partners, non-profits, and corporations) to drive additional enrollment growth at Adler. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate prospective student records by entering new information in a timely manner in the University’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform.

Work Environment (Physical Demands): The usual and customary methods of performing the jobs functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires 80% sitting, 10% walking, and 10% standing. This job is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment.
