Salary: Grade 4 (£21,197 – £23,715 p.a. depending on experience)
This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

We are looking for a professional and proactive individual to provide a wide range of administrative support to the Student Recruitment marketing team. The team is responsible for University-wide student recruitment marketing activity including the planning and delivery of the University’s open day events, and, management of a team of student ambassadors.
You will have proven communication and organisational skills and be able to work using your own initiative working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with varied tasks, multiple priorities and tight timescales. You should have experience of providing effective administrative support with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, using Microsoft Office including Teams, Word, Excel, and web-based collaborative platforms such as SharePoint.
You will have experience of working in a busy office environment and have strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and be an effective team worker. You must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You must also be computer literate and show a willingness to learn University systems.
