Position Overview
The Office of the Provost is responsible for the strategic leadership to the University across the areas of research, learning and teaching, enterprise and Pacific student success in order to drive the development and implementation of strategies, policies and standards that underpin the delivery of quality research and teaching across the institution.
Supporting both the Vice-Chancellor’s office and the Provost’s office, there are multiple newly created administrator roles that offers an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in:
- General Administration
- Staff Support
- HR Processes
- Finance Administration
- Project Administration
- Purchasing
- Other specialised administration
We’re looking for someone with:
- A relevant higher-level qualification such as in Cert in Business Administration or working towards one.
- Relevant administration experience, ideally within the tertiary sector
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- To be a reliable and positive team member with a can-do attitude.
