Detailed job description and main responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Previous experience of working with the Trust computerised administration systems is desirable, as you will be actively involved in using the hospital computer-based system. You will be supporting the team by overseeing essential booking and managing of our patients, from their pre- admission to their inpatient and day case stays. Experience in an NHS setting would be desirable.

You should have a caring, courteous manner with a thorough understanding of good customer service skills. The role is varied and busy and you will need to have a flexible approach to a demanding workload with changing priorities.
