| Job Summary | The department of Radiation Medicine Services is seeking an Administrative Support Associate I. This position provides pre-certification, scheduling and patient notification of therapeutic procedures (may include some diagnostic as needed). Register patients, maintain EPIC/ARIA physician scheduling calendar and conflicts, document communications and schedule events in department internal Mosaiq-ARIA system. Position will support insurance follow-up. The University of Kentucky considers the health, safety and well-being of our entire community to be a top priority. | Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Experience in obtaining customer demographic information and supporting high call volume. Communication skills, verbal and written. |
