| Job Summary | This position is to directly support the administrative leadership personnel of the Department of Internal Medicine, as well indirectly support other members of the Internal Medicine Office of the Chair administrative team. The person in this position will be responsible for receptionist duties, complex scheduling of meetings, and clerical support for Department administration, including preparing meeting materials such as PowerPoint presentations, agendas and minutes. This position will also assist with transactional work related to Department finances and operations. In addition, this person will maintain the Department website and other frequently updated Department materials/documents. Special projects will be assigned as needed.
