  • Part-time (0.6 FTE), fixed term contract until 31 December 2024 based in UniSA Justice and Society working remotely from Perth, Western Australia
  • Salary range: $69,094 – $77,662 pro rata (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing efficient administrative services, and continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems for the Australian Centre for Child Protection (ACCP). You will be responsible for providing high level administration support to the Centre, the Director and Executive Leadership Team. You will also support the development of relevant Centre materials and resources, liaise with contractors, provide secretariat support as required, arrange travel, develop relevant templates and collate information on project progress, monitor project timelines, manage communications with project sites, coordinate training and events, and undertake records management.

Essential Skills and Experience 

  • Post-secondary qualifications in a business or administrative related discipline or demonstrated experience supporting senior managers in a personal assistant or administrative support role in a customer-oriented complex service environment
  • Demonstrable organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively and sensitively at all levels, and demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service 
  • Ability to produce a variety of high-quality written correspondence and presentations with high level attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability, willingness and initiative to undertake a range of administrative tasks, and a commitment to the continuous improvement of administrative processes
