Administrative Office Coord – Northridge Internal Med


Coordinates and maintains the administrative support functions of a department or office.  Supervises staff to ensure administrative functions operate at optimum efficiency.
  • Develops work policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • May train, coordinate and supervise the work of office staff.
  • Handles purchasing and personnel transactions.
  • Sensitive administrative business is handled in a confidential manner.
  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

  • Onsite parking available.

  • Must be able to work some Saturday morning shifts (approximately 8-9 Saturday morning shifts per year per year).

Position Compensation Range: $19.49 – $30.21 Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Licensure: Requires a valid Virginia Driver’s License.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
