Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for the Principal Investigator and Project Director of the California Home Abortion by Telehealth (CHAT) Study of UCSF’s Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences at Advancing New Standards in Reproductive Health (ANSIRGH).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts complex calendar management and meeting scheduling for study leadership
• Preparing and facilitating purchase orders and other requisitions through BearBuy
• May prepare and edit documents such as agendas, reports, and presentations
• May support in organizing and implementing meetings and events
• Other duties as assigned

Department Description

UCSF’s Temporary Employment Program (TEP) recruits and hires temporary employees for immediate clerical and technical support services to UCSF Departments and various off-campus locations. UCSF departments deploy temporary employees to work on special projects, fill in for regular employees who are on vacation or leave, or to temporarily fill a vacant position during recruitment. Frequently temporary employees become successful candidates for career and limited appointment positions.
