ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II, Sloan School of Management, to perform complex and diverse administrative duties, provide financial account support, and operate as an integral member of the support staff and central resource in the Office of the Dean. Will support collaborative relationships across the Office of the Dean, the Sloan School, and the Institute; function as a high-level contributor and coordinator of projects; provide backup support on projects, events, and communications managed by others in the office with an understanding of the broader scope of activities of the Office of the Dean; interact with visitors (guests, faculty, staff, students, vendors); provide reception desk coverage; maintain conference rooms by keeping rooms always meeting-ready; mange incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and catering; track inventory and order supplies and equipment for the Office of the Dean; troubleshoot office equipment and schedule service calls with vendors; respond to space inquiries for E60 conference rooms; support areas such as HR and contract employees by managing catering, reserving space, and completing finance backup as requested by those areas; and assist with onboarding new employees by training them on equipment use and office procedures.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: high school diploma or its equivalent; at least three years of administrative, office, or related experience; ability to work effectively as a team member in a dynamic, culturally diverse environment; self-motivation; service orientation; ability to assist on multiple tasks/projects under deadline pressure; strong organizational prioritization, interpersonal, telephone, customer service, and written and oral communication skills; discretion and judgment with confidential issues; proactive approach to responsibilities; meticulous attention to detail; flexibility; and diplomacy.
