Under the direction of the CSUF SBDC Director, the Administrative Assistant will maintain internal client database system, organize, and administer office activities, accommodate incoming inquiries from local community and the general public, conduct community outreach in support of the SBDC goals and mission and provide event support for the CSUF SBDC.
*Please be aware that funding for this position is awarded through a Grant/Contract over a specified period. Employment for this position beyond the current Grant/Contract funding is contingent upon continued funding.
EDUCATION:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Prolonged standing and walking, talking, hearing, pulling, bending, may carry forty (40) pounds of objects/material, maybe exposed to extreme noise level, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, taste or smell.
