ADMINISTRATIVE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT II, Endicott House (part-time, 30 hrs/wk.), ouseto ato to assume a vital role in the operations of Endicott House by providing administrative and accounting support to the department manager.  Will support a variety of accounting functions, tabulate weekly payroll and compile various business analysis reports in support of Endicott House operations; act as a representative of Endicott House externally, maintaining effecive relationships with the local community, licensing agencies, MIT senior leadership, Division of Student Life operations and Endicott House customers; and provide administrative support for quarterly Board of Governors meetings.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  high school diploma or its equivalent;  at least three years of administrative, office, or related experience; excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills; and proficiency with Microsoft Office.  Seek an administrative professional who is able to effectively represent the Endicott House to others; work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team; maintain confidentiality at the highest levels; and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail.  PREFERRED:  associate’s degree and administrative and accounting experience in the hospitality field.  Job #22022-5

Salary range: $25-30/hour, depending on equity and experience

Must be able to work a flexible, part-time (30 hrs/wk.) schedule.

Endicott House is located in Dedham, MA.

Employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a background check.
