ADMINISTRATION & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, School of Law, Administration (22500578721031)

The Administration and Operations Coordinator for the Office of the Dean is an integral part of the administrative team at Boston University School of Law, working in conjunction with the Assistant Dean for Administration, the Assistant Director for Academic Affairs, and the Assistant Director for Project Management and JD Program Administration to support the mission and operational needs of a top-tier law school. The AOC manages the daily operational needs of the finance and administration teams, provides executive support to the Dean of the Law School and Vice Dean, and the Assistant Dean for Administration and Academic Deans as needed, and a high level of service to all visitors to the Deans Suite. The AOC additionally manages a team of undergraduate student workers in carrying out large projects including mailings, holiday cards and staff gifts, and various events and functions.

  • Associate’s Degree with 4-6 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience required.
  • High attention to detail, flexibility, and strong problem solving skills needed.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 highly desirable.
  • Experience managing projects, events, and tracking expenses strongly preferred.
  • Recent graduates with student office assistant experience welcomed to apply.
