The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support, enabling EML to pro-actively manage personal injury claims effectively within the relevant jurisdiction as required.

This is a Permanent, Full-time position based in our Canberra Office. You will have the opportunity to work-from-home 3 days per week, once you are fully trained in the role.


Provide support to claims teams to “help people get their lives back”.

Arrange and coordinate appointments, including travel and accommodation as needed for Workers.

Contact providers and customers via phone for clarification and follow up of information in relation to reports, payment details, invoices, cheques, overpayments, recovery payments.

Review duplicate claims, duplicate payments, unpresented cheques and create and update vendors.

Identify, classify and re-index a high volume of inbound documentation.

Complete all allocated activities accurately and to the expected standard per procedure, within required timeframes.


Strong computer skills.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and within a diverse team.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Previous Data Entry experience.
