Admin & Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting Oxfam Ukraine’s country response by managing and coordinating logistics and administrative functions. They influence policies, identify and mitigate risks, while ensuring compliance with donor and organizational standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing procurement, warehousing, asset management, transport, fleet management, and staff travel. The role is for national candidates under full-time contract in UAH currency; working in the office is required.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and commitment to Oxfam’s values, mission, and work
- Strong experience and understanding of effective management of admin and logistics, including procurement processes
- Proven ability to support, coach, and encourage high performance in teams
- Ability to prioritize workload, work independently, be proactive and innovative, and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal and team skills with flexibility in demanding situations
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and ability to work in diverse cultural contexts
- Confidence in making high-impact decisions, ensuring implementation, and managing associated risks
- Knowledge of global justice, social change, women’s rights, and gender equality
- Ability to develop close working relationships with all stakeholders
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Desirable:
- Previous development or humanitarian work experience, ideally with a similar organization
- Knowledge of Oxfam systems and procedures
