Position Information

Primary Purpose of Organizational Unit The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy (www.pharmacy.unc.edu) is one of five health science schools (Pharmacy, Nursing, Dentistry, Public Health, Medicine) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is one of the oldest health science academic programs at Chapel Hill. The School teaches approximately 600 PharmD students and 145 graduate students. Position Summary The Practice Advancement and Clinical Education Division (PACE) is recruiting 3 intermittent adjunct assistant professors supporting the division’s Masters of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences program. The MS programs prepare future healthcare leaders to manage highly complex and multi-faceted pharmacy enterprise operations. These positions are essential to the program and will serve as course coordinators for PACE 825.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements The preferred candidate will have a PharmD degree.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Experience in health-system pharmacy administration and the ability to instruct future healthcare leaders to manage highly complex and multifaceted pharmacy enterprise operations.
