During this visit, candidates will have the opportunity to participate in individual career guidance sessions with ADB recruiters, focused on enhancing their interview skills and providing insights into the wide range of career opportunities available at ADB.

    Qualifications

    ADB seeks talent who embrace our mission to reduce poverty and improve the quality of life in Asia and the Pacific. We seek candidates who have:

      Preferably Master’s degree in relevant fields or a university degree in related fields combined with additional relevant professional experience

      At least a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for early-career program, 6 years for mid-career opportunities, and 10 years for senior-level roles

      Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

      Ideally with international experience working in several countries
