Accounts Receivable Specialist – Mid-Atlantic Mechanical (Millstone Twp, NJ)

Position Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at a leading Mechanical Contractor! We are actively seeking a detail-oriented individual with a background in Construction Accounting to contribute to our accounting team’s success.

Job Responsibilities

-Handle all Accounts Receivable tasks which include monthly billing, statements, cash flow projections and collections.
-Manage A/R payments and conduct banking transactions.
-Track and manage Fleet & Assets
-Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support overall financial operations.

Qualifications

-1 to 3 years of proven Accounting experience, with a focus on Construction Accounting preferred.
-Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
-High Attention to detail required
-Proficient in data entry, record-keeping, and MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
-Familiarity with ComputerEase Software is advantageous but not mandatory.
-Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
-Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-A college degree is a plus.
