Read more below!What your adventure will look likeOur Finance Team offers the expertise, structures, and processes necessary to maintain a robust financial infrastructure and ensure fiscal health across TourRadar. With their problem-solving mindset, they streamline complex processes and play a pivotal role in delivering the financial solutions and insights necessary for us to maintain a healthy business. They are pivotal in positioning us for sustainable growth and enhancing the value generated by our adventure booking platform as we continue to scale and evolve.Responsibilities:

• Managing Accounts Payable (Tour Operators) efficiently including: the processing of invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations and overseeing the monthly Accounts Payable closing process

Coordinating the work of 3 Accounts Payable team members located in Brisbane, Vienna, and Toronto respectively and supporting hem in reaching their goalsWorking with our local advisors (CA, US, AU) on yearly tax filing and financial reporting as well as accounting related to all subsidiariesUtilizing the potential of our ERP System NetSuite to improve efficiency and help us scaleEffectively communicating with our global tour operator partners and proactively following up with suppliers and other partners to ensure the accuracy of financial recordsWorking closely with our customer support and business development teams on finance topicsResponding to all online customer inquiries promptly, ensuring clear and accurate communicationWorking cross-functionally with the TourRadar teams to gain an understanding of our business, contributing to the improvement and streamlining of existing finance processes
