• Support in the implementation of accounting group requirements
• Participation in projects (e.g. implementation SAP S/4HANA, EU Taxonomy)
• Assistance in the preparation of the annual financial statements according to IFRS
• Close cooperation with different company areas as well as participation in international meetings and support during country visits
• Design of accounting workflows as well as ongoing analysis and optimization thereof
• Development of solution concepts for the required support based on business unit requirements
• Information hub and coordination between all involved strategic business units regarding accounting and other finance processes in the international area
• Proactive driver of current topics
• Development of accounting policies and work instructions to implement and enforce internal controls

Qualifications

• Very good MS Excel skills
• Good knowledge of SAP and other accounting systems are of advantage
• Very good English language skills; German and other language skills are of advantage
• Willingness to travel outside of Austria
• Open-mindedness and intercultural skills
• Team competence, strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Solution-oriented work approach with high service orientation and organizational skills
• Commitment and high motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics
