Allergan Aesthetics | An AbbVie CompanyJob DescriptionJOB SUMMARYThe Account Manager (AM) is responsible to identify, switch and develop medium and large accounts in their territory. They assume the responsibility within their assigned accounts, providing overall account leadership and will bear full responsibility for building a strategic account plan for their assigned account, as well as for organizing and deploying the appropriate resources within Allergan to drive value co-creation with customers and meet/exceed Allergan quarterly financial targets. The AD will identify and qualify opportunities within its account and deploy growth strategies.
The AM will oversee and focus on around 50-60 accounts (current customers and prospects), located in Central Austria (Upper Austria / Styria / Carinthia / Salzburg, Tyrol).
Travels across the territory on a daily basis and overnight stays 3 days per month required.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHunter Customer Mindset

QualificationsEducation and Experience:
– Austrian Pharma license is a must
– University Degree or equivalent in life sciences or business
– At least 3 years of account management experience
– FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device background
– Driver’s license
– Previous experience in aesthetics a plusEssential Skills and abilities:
