  • Identify Sales Opportunities: Discover and capitalize on sales prospects by offering Autenti’s products to targeted market segments. Negotiate terms and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Represent Autenti: Act as an ambassador for Autenti by presenting our services and products to potential clients. This includes conducting both online and offline presentations and representing the company at trade shows and networking events, both locally and internationally.
  • Business Development: Seek and create business opportunities by acquiring new corporate clients, establishing partnerships, and creating value for existing customers. This involves upselling and cross-selling services and advising clients on how to best utilize the Autenti ecosystem.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Develop internal knowledge resources such as Q&A documents, process guidelines, and other materials to support the sales process and accelerate customer decision-making.
  • Collaborate on Projects: Work closely with teams from product, marketing, legal, and sales to implement projects for enterprise clients. This includes coordinating the contracting process to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Maintain CRM Data: Keep accurate sales data in the company’s CRM system (we use HubSpot) to support revenue forecasting and meet periodic sales targets set by Autenti.
  • Deal Management: Respond to RFI and RFPs, prepare proposals, and negotiate agreements to successfully close sales.
  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and ensure a competitive edge.

Ihr ProfilIdeal candidate should have:

  • Deep experience working in a fast-growing B2B company (scale-up, ideally SaaS)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing against a pipeline of Corporate clients
  • Pan-European sales experience with specific experience scaling in the DACH region
  • Hunter mindset, loves to get the deal done, motivated to search for information independently, open to ask questions and hungry for knowledge
  • Not afraid to dive into the nitty-gritty when it’s required to meet objectives
  • Last but not least – we’re looking for someone with native-level German and fluent English
