Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a target account strategy to support account-based selling

· Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for accounts and contracts that focus on developing and accelerating existing opportunities.

· Interface across sales and marketing to determine enablement needs, and work with product marketing to develop tools, programs and content

· Evaluate and manage vendors that contribute to demand creation programs including agencies, technology providers and fulfillment services

· Design and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to meet pipeline requirements

· Deploy marketing tactics and provide enablement on an account and/or industry basis using various channels including digital and social media

· Identify and initiate growth opportunities for existing customers. Encourage additional sales and services by reaching out directly and engaging in customer interaction.

· Identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personals and contacts within accounts

· Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

· Bachelor’s degree in related field and 1-2 years of related experience.

· Strong analytical and research skills

· Ability to identify and seek needed information

· Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

Desirable KSAs:

· Experience in direct sales/inside sales/lead generation/marketing

· Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk or hear. The employee is also required to use a telephone with headset for verbal troubleshooting, frequent use of a standard keyboard and computer to document calls in a ticketing system, and occasional use of other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods and use close and color vision. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
