Academic Success Advs Coord
Job Description
Join our dynamic team of professionals in facilitating the academic success and engagement of students majoring in English and Film and Media Studies. The Department of English fosters collaboration, work/life balance, flexibility and opportunities for professional development. Reporting to the Associate Director for Academic Services, the Academic Success Advising Coordinator engages in a range of activities and administrative functions that support student retention, success and graduation.

Essential Duties
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field and two (2) years or more of the following: advising or related student services utilizing a proactive and innovative approach which results in demonstrated outcomes in Academic Success Advising Coordinator retention, graduation, and academic planning; Or, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Hybrid work is anarrangement where employees spend a minimum of 60% of their regular workweek at their primary ASU work location (i.e., maximum of 40% remote work). Dean or vice president-level approval is required.
Alternative work schedules can include four, 10-hour workdays in a workweek; a nine-day, 80-hour schedule over two workweeks for exempt employees only; and staggered start and stop times.
