- Commencement Salary: $67,739 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
About the Role
This position is responsible for
undertaking administrative activities associated with the delivery
of the Academic Unit’s programs and its research activities.

research infrastructure and supports state and national research
priorities.
Core Responsibilities
- Undertake a broad range of
administrative activities to support the delivery of the Academic
Unit’s programs and courses, in consultation with key stakeholders - Undertake the timetabling function
for assigned program/s within the Academic Unit in consultation
with program directors and course coordinators to ensure planning
timeframes are met - Collate, audit and upload exam
timetable information into relevant University systems - Liaise with students to advise
placement requirements and arrangements - Resolve issues where possible or
refer to the Senior Academic Services Officer as required - Participate in the Academic Unit’s
orientation activities
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working in an
administrative role in a team-based service environment - Demonstrated experience in the
interpretation and application of policies and procedures - Organisational and time management
skills to manage multiple priorities under broad direction - Post-secondary qualifications in a
relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge,
and experience
