This role requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage the many complex elements of our dynamic instructional program. With multiple moving parts, we need someone who can seamlessly balance the big picture while efficiently handling the smallest details.   • Provide support to the Director of Academic Programs in all aspects of their work
  • Organize and manage student enrollments, transfers, and withdrawals
  • Manage the creation and quality control of student academic transcripts
  • Develop processes to maintain accurate records management (paper-based and online) within regulatory guidelines
  • Generate and submit timely reports and uploads
  • Collaborate with administrators, deans, faculty, IT, and counselors to facilitate and improve services to students and other constituencies
  • Work closely with the Director of Academic Programs and the Principal in the coordination and execution of all testing schedules, both internal and external
  • Support the development, management, and accuracy of all academic inventories and purchasing
  • Monitor student attendance records, disciplinary records, and academic performance.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluation and assessment of all programs to ensure effectiveness and make improvements as necessary
  • Work closely with the academic leadership to support the textbook vendor and maintain the school’s online bookstore

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in collecting and analyzing data
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with computer applications and systems
  • Prior experience with curriculum management and student information systems is preferred
  • Strong leadership and collaboration, displaying a positive attitude, and demonstrating cultural proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Must be able to attend occasional meetings and events outside of regular school hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • Reports directly to the Director of Academic Programs
  • The full-time equivalent salary range for this position is $65,000 – $70,000. This position is regular, 12 months, full-time, and exempt. Employees in exempt positions are expected to work as many hours as their responsibilities require, which includes evenings and weekends
