Academic Partnerships Officer, CSEE

We are looking to appoint an Academic Partnerships Officer to be the operational lead for the day-to-day running of academic partnership course delivery within the School of CSEE.

The Role

You will provide a friendly, specialist and professional interface between the School, the university’s partnerships team, and the School’s external academic partners and students.  You will provide administrative leadership for every aspect of the delivery of our partnership courses (in liaison with relevant academic staff) including responsibility for planning and scheduling, quality assurance procedures, day to day operational liaison with partners, developing relevant policies and procedures, responding to operational issues that arise, problem solving, and participating in discussion and planning for new partnership project opportunities.  

About you

You will have experience of working within a multi-faced administrative role in a Higher Education setting, including experience of liaising with a broad range of stakeholders. You must be able to work independently, have the ability to plan and manage a complex workload with multiple deadlines, and demonstrate initiative and judgement when making decisions.
