Job description

• New Jersey Instructional Certificate (Teacher of Mathematics or 5-8 Subject Matter Specialization in Mathematics)
• Extensive training/experience in teaching mathematics
• Solid knowledge of NJ Students Learning Standards and state assessment expectations
• Specialized training in working with at-risk students
• Proficient with hands-on learning and implementation of the Mathematical Practices
• Ability to plan and deliver differentiated, targeted instruction to students
• Ability to develop, implement, and assess student academic goals
• Able to maintain, interpret, and utilize student data for making instructional decisions
• Willingness to work collaboratively with building and district administration
• Minimum of five years successful teaching experience – preferred
• Bilingual (a plus)

Effective:2025 – 2026 School YearSalary:

• As per salary guide based on experience and earned degree level
• Minimum $63,000 – maximum $98,404
