Job Description Summary As the CT Excellence Leader for Academics, you will be responsible for helping ensure the customer success of our academics through periodic engagement. You will be guided by established policies through the review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work if the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.). • Develop strong relationships with top academic medical centers in the market and contribute to building GE HealthCare’s credibility in imaging through excellent customer interaction
• Continuous interaction with key academic clinical, research and administrative decision makers to understand primary objectives and pain points.
• Identify gaps in the utilization of advanced system features and imaging techniques to facilitate additional training purchased services; optimize adoption and satisfaction
• Consult with radiologists by disease site on an ongoing basis
• Assist in standardization across installed system base
• Partner with department leaders to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and system utilization
• Identify training needs and opportunities among technologists and physicians
• Liaise closely with account and product teams to ensure optimal alignment and communication to drive customer satisfaction.
• Partner with the product teams to provide insights of customer learnings and competition; provide a feedback loop on product performance at assigned academic sites
• Identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests.
• Establish and drive relations, collaboration, and partnerships with all department/relevant stakeholders; engage with key opinion leaders on progress made and gain consensus on next steps/actions

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent and 5+ years of CT technical/clinical industry experience; plus, ARRT certification.
• Must Live within or near one the territories listed (Northern CA, Seattle, and Salt Lake City)
• Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry
• Ability to travel 70% of the time within the region assigned (Northern CA, Seattle, and Salt Lake City)
• Demonstrated clinical skills, viewed as subject matter expert, to include advanced applications in respective modality
• Excellent interpersonal skills; interest in and aptitude for close customer interaction
• Ability to effectively interact with key stakeholders in modality/commercial/service teams
• Experience in speaking, presenting materials relevant to a diverse audience
• Ability to craft well written training reports and communications to a diverse constituency, working knowledge of Excel & Power Point

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $132,080.00-$198,120.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
