The Directorate of Student and Academic services is offering the opportunity of a secondment until July 2023 to cover the role of Curriculum Records Administrator. Based within Student Services the Curriculum Records Office provides information, guidance, and specialist oversight for the creation, management and maintenance of the University’s Academic Programme Portfolio and Module Catalogue within the Student Record System.

Working within the team and with colleagues across Student and Academic Services, the post holder will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative duties associated with the maintenance of programme and course information within the university’s Student Record System and will have the opportunity to gain experience in the wider Student Records Team. 

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy and demanding office environment. A methodical approach to their work along with a keen attention to detail.
