2025 Technology Full Time Analyst Programme (Applicable for 2024 Citi Technology Summer Interns only)

Citi’s Operations & Technology (O&T) group is looking for Analysts to join its Full Time Analyst Program. The Full Time Analyst Programme is a two-year rotational developmental program with a variety of different tracks available within Citi’s Technology areas.
 

You will join either Chief Information Security Office or Citi Technology Infrastructure and gain diversified experiences through 2 one-year rotations within sub-teams of the particular area you are hires for.

Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is responsible for analysing cyber threat information designed to increase Citi’s cyber threat awareness and protection levels. CISO protects the firm’s most important assets, and is comprised of professionals from across the globe who manages the Information Security program for Citi.

Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) provide a critical technical foundation for the firm’s operations through the infrastructure that runs business and general user computing services.
 

The program starts following graduation with an intensive orientation where you will learn more about our business, strategy, and shared vision. Our programs equip you with the knowledge and training you need to play a valuable role on your team, and establish a long-term career here.

Your typical placement will look like this:

During the two years in the program, you will build the necessary professional skills for future leadership positions by participating in two different rotations based on your aptitude.

Below are some example of the various assignments you will have the opportunity to work on:
 

In the Information and Cyber Security team:

• Report information security vulnerabilities

• Scan in Citi’s network, and discover rouge hosts, networks, and devices

• Review products like OS, and applications from an information security point of view

• Understand blueprints regarding such products

• Design and deliver Engineered Security Systems
   

In the Technology Infrastructure team:

• Performing web and mobile application testing

• Creating dashboards and scorecards to summarize data

• Automating analytical processes

• Engaging stakeholders to gather feedback, provide reporting and brainstorm on solutions

• Track identified process/product gaps and engage parties to fix

• Lead technology projects to implement new solutions or changes

• IT business analysis, project management, and risk & control related tasks
   

We want to hear from you if…

• You have recently obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Information Technology, Engineering, Management, Information Security, or any other analytical or technical-related degree is an advantage, but not a requirement
    
• You have an interest working in a high tech global technology environment
  • Knowledge of scripting languages is an advantage but not a must – Python, Java, Java Script, SQL or non-SQL database experience, ASP.net
  • Specialization at or knowledge of Information and Cyber Security concepts is an advantage
