2022-High School Admissions Representative

Bryant & Stratton College is currently seeking a full-time High School Admissions Representative.

Position Summary:

The High School Admissions Representative works in a team environment to secure enrollments in our degree programs. The representative will help build relationships with prospective students in order to meet the students’ educational and career goals. Each representative will adhere to goals, manage student enrollments, document the admissions process for compliance, make phone calls, set appointments, and follow up on enrollees.

The Admissions Representative is responsible for scheduling and delivering presentations to high school seniors for the purpose of recruiting and building working relationships with students, parents, and high school personnel utilizing relationship marketing principles.

Performance competencies necessary for success in this position are: organizational skills, customer service orientation, communication, team orientation, problem solving, self-management, sales effectiveness, presentation skills and relationship management.

Education & Qualifications:

Applicants must possess an Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.  Previous sales experience and/or cold calling of at least one year helpful; public speaking and/or presentation experience required; and excellent customer service skills are a must.  Applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet our consumer’s needs.
