Leading a team: Managing regular coaching sessions of a small team of Career Services Professionals. Developing plans for career growth. Observing and providing supportive feedback and resources to team.
Managing activities in support of achieving checkpoint goals and annual employment outcomes goals.
Direct support of graduates in 2-3 program areas: conducing exit interviews, resume revisions, regular post-graduation career coaching sessions, tracking of employment outcomes.
Management existing employer relationships and initiation of new employer relationships in the community in support of strong career outcomes.
Oversight of non-clinical internship program.
Reconciling reports, file management.
Point person for cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications:
Degree: Bachelors degree required
Experience: 1-3 years of experience managing a team in a collaborative, outcomes-oriented environment; knowledge of employment trends and recruitment and hiring processes for entry-level professionals; knowledge of regional employers and hiring trends; Excel-based data analysis and outcomes tracking; demonstrated customer service excellence
Computer Skills: Intermediate Excel skills; Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree: Masters preferred
Experience: 3+ years of experience managing a team in a collaborative, outcomes-oriented environment; higher education instructional experience preferred
