Qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelors degree required
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience managing a team in a collaborative, outcomes-oriented environment; knowledge of employment trends and recruitment and hiring processes for entry-level professionals; knowledge of regional employers and hiring trends; Excel-based data analysis and outcomes tracking; demonstrated customer service excellence
- Computer Skills: Intermediate Excel skills; Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree: Masters preferred
- Experience: 3+ years of experience managing a team in a collaborative, outcomes-oriented environment; higher education instructional experience preferred
