As a driver of innovation, TU Wien fosters close collaboration with business and industry and contributes to the prosperity of society.In the Service Unit of VSC Research Center TU Wien is offering two positions as student staff in research/administration each for 20 hours/week. Expected start: February 2025. This positions are limited until 31.08.2025, but no longer than the completion of a master’s or diploma degree.Tasks:
- Cooperation in organizational and administrative tasks in the field of teaching (VSC participation in the EUMSc4HPC project)
- Organizational and subject-specific support in the supervision of exercises (VSC Intro and specialized topics in VSC training)
- Cooperation in research (support of specific cooperations with program development groups in the VSC context)
Your profile:
- Enrolled in a relevant master’s program, e.g. HPC, Comp.Sci., Sci.Comp. n.b.; No completed Master- or Diplom Study in these fields
- Preferred involvement in an international master’s degree program
- Specific subject knowledge in GPU computing and performance engineering
- Team- and communication skills
